Terms of Service

What we provide

googlemapsemailextractor.io ("we", "the service") returns lists of local businesses with their publicly available contact information — names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and emails sourced from public Google Maps listings and the businesses' own websites.

Your responsibility for how you use the data

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws — CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and any other anti-spam, data-protection, or marketing regulations in your jurisdiction. If you send unsolicited commercial email, you assume full legal responsibility.

We do not authorize use of the data for harassment, illegal activity, or any purpose prohibited by the businesses' own terms.

Billing

All orders are one-time purchases with manual Stripe capture: we authorize your card for the maximum budget you select, then capture only the amount that matches the leads we deliver. We never capture more than your authorized maximum. Unused authorization is released within minutes.

Refunds: orders that complete successfully are non-refundable (you have the CSV). If the export fails, we automatically void the authorization and you are not charged.

Service availability

We make best efforts to keep the service running, but we don't promise zero downtime. Data is sourced in real time from third parties (Google, individual business websites); we don't guarantee result counts for any particular search. Pricing tier estimates are best-effort projections, not guarantees.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
