Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our service. When you check out, we collect your email address (so we can send you the CSV) and Stripe handles your payment information — we never store card numbers on our servers. When you run a search, we cache the query and result to avoid duplicate Apify lookups.

What we don't collect

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not track you across other sites. We use only privacy-friendly cookieless analytics (see below).

The data we deliver

The lead lists we deliver consist of publicly available business information — names, phone numbers, addresses, websites, ratings, and emails — sourced from Google Maps and the businesses' own publicly accessible pages. This is data that businesses have published themselves. We do not include personal information about individuals.

How you USE the data is your responsibility. You must comply with applicable anti-spam, data-protection, and marketing laws including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and any regulations in your jurisdiction.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Apify — runs the Google Maps searches and email extraction.
• Neon — Postgres database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (your CSV download link).
• Gizmo Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. No cookies, no IP storage, no cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hi@googlemapsemailextractor.io. We'll honor the request within 30 days.
